“Introduction to Mediation” Consultation

There is a 20 minute complimentary consultation to discuss mediation and answer any questions you may have about the mediation process. This consultation includes a short private screening assessment with each party to ensure that mediation is appropriate for your case.

Mediation Sessions

Most mediation sessions last 2 hours, and the typical mediation takes two sessions. Mediation services include preparation time, time in meetings, time writing Mediated Agreements and significant time (20 minutes or more) spent in phone or email communications. No retainer is required.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the end of each mediation session and may be made by cash, check or credit card.
