Pricing
At Center Mark Mediation, the process is designed to be straightforward. Our pricing is clear to avoid any surprises.
Initial Consultation
Each party receives a free, confidential, and private consultation with the Mediator. At the end of each consultation, the Mediator will explain the fees for mediation, allowing you to estimate the cost of your case.
Fee Structure
There is no retainer. The Mediator charges hourly for mediation time. Mediated Agreements have a flat drafting fee, presented at the end of the initial consultation. Flexible scheduling is available, and there are no cancellation fees for rescheduling.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of each mediation session and can be made by check, credit card, or Venmo. The fee for drafting the Mediated Agreement is due before receiving the Draft Agreement.
